Outstanding pamper this afternoon. Heading on holiday so went for a back wax - quick and painless. Followed by a Swedish massage to ease muscle tension from the gym - honestly never felt so relaxed! Absolutely amazing experience. I was quite nervous and expecting my waxing experience to be painful. Chantele really makes you feel comfortable and she is really friendly and professional. She takes her time and very thorough. The salon is immaculate and beautifully presented. I felt really pampered and special afterwards and I will go again.

Naomi is an excellent technician in waxing and put me completely at ease . She is very experienced and very kind . This was my first intimate waxing and it was very bearable and I was very pleased with Naomi’s professional attitude and the room is very relaxing too . Naomi is a consummate professional waxer . I had 2 waxing done and similar to the last time I could easily have fallen asleep . The atmosphere is excellent just like the therapist .

If anyone had ever told me I would be so relaxed during a Hollywood waxing I would have thought they were a big liar . But yesterday I almost fell asleep. Huge testament that Naomi’s skills . Thankyou .

Cholesterol was brilliant and helped me as much as she could as I'm disabled and the stairs were a challenge. However, Chloe told me that next time I go she would bring the wax downstairs so that will be great. She did a great job on my brows and I will definitely go again.

Best and most thoroughly executed leg wax I’ve ever had. Done with due care and concern for my comfort. My legs now feel at their summer best !
