Mo was incredible! Very knowledgeable and didn’t rush the appointment. Going to Sugar South isn’t some wax farm where they push you in and out. It’s a bespoke experience with expert sugarist who take the time to educate you along the way. I’ll be pre-booking my appointments for the next 12 months

After my first appointment I knew this would be my permanent waxing spot. Adelina was sooooooo friendly, understanding and thorough! I was quite late to my appointment but she was able to squeeze me in still AND still be on time for her next client but did such an excellent job on me. Before her I had tried 4 different waxers but none of them were good compared to Adelina. I live in St. Petersburg but she’s really worth the drive for me!

100/10 — what an unforgettable experience! Everything about this head spa was calming, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The space itself is stylish and inviting, and the staff were warm, friendly, and so welcoming. Gabriela delivered an exceptional massage...I have never had the chance to do something like this, and it was something I would do over and over again. This experience was absolutely worth it, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind, relax and enjoy a day with your girls!

I love love LOVE getting sugar waxed by Alycia. It had been a while since I had seen her because I moved to Lakeland, but I still don’t want to find someone new! So I was able to finally schedule with her and get it done! I love her and always feel so comfortable and get in a bit of therapeutic talking/venting with her! I get face, armpits, belly, full Brazilian, and full legs done. Brazilian was spicy today since it had been a while, everything else was fine. Afterwards, I felt like a whole new woman for my birthday and ready for my cruise too! 100% recommend!

I loved the sensation of warmth and welcome as I waited in the relaxation area for my therapist. Brenda greeted me kindly and treated me well! The Grand Beauty Spa honestly made our time the most amazing ever! They were so detailed and attentive, making sure our party (which was a big one) had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing day. From organizing the schedules to providing amazing therapists and hair specialists, this place is short of nothing! The amenities are well kept, and they make sure that any inconvenience is taken care of in a timely manner. They took care of all 10 of us and did so amazingly.
