Becci always delivers a first class service, the facial I had today Becci explained her chose of products to suit my skin condition and what it would achieve. I recently visited while away visiting family and needed a back wax, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Booking was seamless—even though my sister accidentally booked me in via WhatsApp at the same time I was booking online, everything was handled smoothly with zero hassle. When I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which put me at ease right away. Emily did an excellent job; she was friendly, chatty, and made the entire experience comfortable. The service was efficient, and everything went off without a hitch. I’ll definitely be returning.

Went for an eyebrow wax, I can't remember the lady's name. It was my first visit and both ladies on the desk greeted me and were really friendly. My eyebrows look fab and il definitely return.
