I rec’d a 60 min. Deep tissue massage from Anastasia and it was excellent. She knows what muscles are stiff, cramped and gave great suggestions on how to help myself to avoid some tension. Thank you I look forward to our next visit!!

Very quaint spa in downtown Vancouver. Anna was my masseuse and she was very cordial and skillful. My neck and shoulder tension greatly improved at the end of the session. I came here for a couple coconut oil massage with my partner to celebrate his birthday. After the treatment, we enjoyed a cup of refreshing treat and Japanese treat In a private, traditionally decorated room. Thank you Sanatio!

Mika was lovely from start to end of our session. We did the body massage + facial combo. Deep (4) pressure was just perfect; not too deep, not too gentle either. The facial was a bliss, and overall we had a wonderful morning relaxing at Sanatio!

Mika did both treatment for head massage and eyelash lift! It was really great as always! Soaking foot bath to start, and after finishing both treatment I was served Yuzu tea! Both treatment was for one hour and half, and I was just relaxing for a whole time! Definitely I will go back again!! Thank you

Honestly, THE best massage I’ve ever had! Mika was amazing and a great business owner. Would gladly come back here next time I’m in Vancouver. Get the Seitai massage, you won’t regret it! The Korean tea in the end was a nice touch to cap it off!

Always amazing!! All the ladies and Ali are soooo kind and so precessional .The salon is immaculate and beautiful. You get treats and a massager for your neck and back. Today I had a manicure and pedicure by Shakila. She paid a lot of attention to detail and the foot/leg massage was amazing. I’ve been here I think 6 times now, and every time I come, no matter who I get, I’m always super happy with the quality of the work done. The warmth and excellence of all the staff is guaranteed. I have visited many salons over the years and can say that Upscale is in a league if its own.Good parking too!

Leanne is amazing! I just had surgery and needed to treat myself and get my circulation flowing. I'm so glad I contacted her. She is professional, thoughtful, friendly and gave me an excellent massage. It was the perfect amount of pressure, and she really knows what she is doing. First time going and was completely wowed. The staff there was so lovely, and always checking in to be sure we were having the best experience. Not only is the space absolutely serene and luxurious, they offered complimentary massage belts that really took the service above and beyond. The one technician was struggling to get one of my nail perfect, due to a slightly frayed polish brush (such a minor detail I could barely see it), but was happy to do redo it numerous times over until she got it. Both my friend and I are already planning to go back and are very much looking forward to it!
