I had a great experience at Knead in Marpole, Vancouver. The space was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable, which immediately helped me relax. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and my therapist Chris took the time to ask about my specific concerns before starting the session. Throughout the massage, his technique flowed seamlessly, creating a really calming and effective experience. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time, and it was clear he was attentive to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better overall. I would definitely recommend this therapist.

This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! I was nervous going in because I just recently moved to Vancouver; I've only trusted a few select people with my eyebrows but seeing all the wonderful reviews, I decided to take the plunge and book with Sam. It was my first time doing eyebrow threading and it's so much better than waxing! Sam was fantastic, she was very gentle, I got a little massage after, and my eyebrows look amazing! Got a 1.5hr full body deep tissue massage by Chris and I think I've been reborn. I don't get massages regularly so I wasnt sure what exactly to expect but Chris was very professional - he took time to understand if there were any focus areas I wanted to target and then got to work - he massages places I didn't even know needed massaging. The massage was so good and I felt to relaxed and refreshed afterwards and was surprised and impressed by how good I felt afterwards. . Give the man a raise!!

Amazing back facial! From start to finish it was the best back facial I have ever had. My back was cleansed and exfoliated and this was followed by extractions then massaged and a masque applied. I needed it to wear a backless dress and I am extremely happy with the results! I will be booking follow up appointments and will definitely also have an actual facial as I am sure this will be as amazing as my back facial was today.
