How does re-printing receipts from a Fresha card terminal work
When a transaction is completed, your card terminal automatically prints a receipt with full sale details, including items, tax, and tips. When you reprint a receipt, it only includes the transaction information, such as the amount, payment method, and approval details.
Reprint a receipt from a Fresha card terminal
- On your card terminal home screen, select the Transactions icon (two arrows)
- Select History from the options.
- Enter pin 3773, then tap the Confirm button (tick icon).
- Select the transaction that you want to reprint a receipt for.
- Tap Print and choose the type of receipt you want to print, Shopper receipt for the client or Merchant receipt for your records.
- Tap Print to confirm and print the selected receipt.
The AMS1 card terminal is designed for maximum portability, so it doesn’t come with a built-in printer. To reprint a receipt using a V400m terminal, see our guide on V400m terminals.

Receipt printing can be turned off on your Fresha S1 card terminal. Contact our support team, and we’ll disable this feature for you.
Turning off receipt printing on a Fresha S1 card terminal stops receipts from printing automatically after each sale. You can still choose to print a transaction receipt manually whenever a client needs one. To have automatic printing disabled on your terminal, contact our Support team for assistance.
If your Fresha S1 card terminal isn’t printing receipts, open the paper compartment and clear dust or scraps, check for anything blocking the roll, and look for loose or broken parts. If printing still fails, contact our support team for further assistance.
Pink stripes on a Fresha S1 card terminal indicate the paper roll is nearly finished. Replace the roll to continue printing normally.
The Fresha S1 card terminal is compatible with 57 mm × 40 mm paper rolls for printing receipts.
To insert a receipt paper roll into your Fresha S1 card terminal, open the paper compartment by pulling up the latch and lowering the cover. Insert the roll with the paper end facing out, then close the cover firmly until it clicks.
