Connect a V400m terminal to wifi

1. On your card terminal home screen, press 1 followed by the green circle button on your card terminal.
2. Enter the Staff PIN code 1234 and press the green circle button.
3. Tap on Network and then select WiFi
4. Ensure the Wi-Fi toggle is switched ON.
5. Choose a saved network or tap the plus (+) button to select a new network.
6. Enter the WiFi password and tap the Confirm button (tick icon) to connect.

Once a wifi icon button appears at the top of the terminal display, it's connected to wifi and ready to take payments.

Connect a V400m terminal to a cellular network

1. On your card terminal home screen, press 1 and then press the green circle button to open the Staff menu.
2. Enter the Staff PIN code 1234 and press the green circle button again.
3. Tap on  Network and then select Cellular.
4. Switch the Cellular toggle to ON to enable the connection.

Once a cloud icon button appears at the top of the terminal display, it's connected to its cellular network, ready to take payments.

Reprint a receipt from a V400m terminal

When a transaction is completed, your V400m card terminal prints a receipt with full sale details. Reprinted receipts include only the transaction information.

1. On your card terminal home screen, press 5358 followed by the green circle button. 
2. Select Transactions and choose the transaction you’d like to reprint a receipt for.
3. Tap on the receipt button on the bottom right and choose the type of receipt you want to print, Shopper receipt for the client or Merchant receipt for your records.
4. Tap Print to confirm and print the selected receipt.

Once printed, the receipt is ready to share with your client or keep for your records.
