One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I had an amazing nail appointment with Anesu. Her nail prep was perfect - professionally done and left me feeling like my nails were in the best hands. I went home with the biggest smile on my face. I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I discovered this salon while searching for places nearby, and I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and inviting, with a team that works seamlessly together. I booked a full pedicure and gel application, which was amazing. I had planned to return the next day for my nails, but since time allowed without affecting other clients, they did a gel application on my hands, French with nail art. The inspo pic was executed perfectly, with incredible attention to detail and constant checks to ensure I was happy. I honestly can’t wait to see the ladies again in January!”
