Brilliant facial (peel) and eyebrow and lash tints. The best I have had in CT. My nails look AMAZING. I loved the quiet ambiance and full attention I received, compared to the rushed, packed salons in malls. Definitely found my salon. Got solid, helpful and friendly advice. Great experience.

Genuinely the best experience i’ve ever had, the customer service and aesthetics is a 10/10, not only that but honestly the best in business when it comes to lashes and eyebrows, they will give you exactly what you want without it causing any irritations either, when i went for the first time i didn’t hesitate to book another appointment. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. Zakinah is truly a lash goddess! I waited an entire year and journeyed halfway around the globe just to have her work her magic on my lashes again. No one else can compare to her skill - her hands are simply unmatched. She’s incredibly quick and efficient, and the INAH Beauty studio is both chic and peaceful. I had such a lovely experience with Shanon, she has done a beautiful lash lift for me which I got so many compliments on and really loved how they turned out. I also went for a brow treatment which left my brows looking fuller and healthier. Highly recommend going to The Room to see Shanon if you want pretty lashes and brows that look natural and fresh!

Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.

I’ve never had lash extensions before and I am literally blown away. They are ridiculously pretty, and very natural looking - with just enough pizazz to really draw attention to my eyes. I’m beyond thrilled with the result. Comfort is a master of her craft and my hour long appointment flew by with her insightful and charming conversation. The application was comfortable and I am not aware of the lashes at all.. except when I look in the mirror!! Gorgeous gorgeous girls get their lashes done by Comfort! I will definitely be back!
