Melissa is hands down the best person I’ve ever had a facial with. She is thorough, knowledgeable and clever. I love how she thinks through the treatment and covers all the bases to deliver the very best. Plus she is so lovely! I felt at ease and could feel I was in good hands. She followed up with me in the days after to make sure my skin was responding well and to help me make the best choices. I had my HIFU treatment at novaderm yesterday and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome and the clinic has such a calm, beautiful atmosphere. A special thank you to Charnelle, who was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. I'm so excited to see my HIFU results develop over the next few months and after this experience. There's this trick that Jo does, for fanny wax she pulls & then puts her hand on that spot. The touch sensation goes faster to the brain than pain signal. This significantly reduces pain. Jo has always Done that, I went to a pain clinic & the neurologist taught us that to help deal with chronic pain. Such a simple thing - why kiss it better works. 💚 I was not uncomfortable at all, you were super efficient & good company.

Lovely Alison was such a knowledgable and excellent therapist. She took the time to work out the best treatment for me taking into account my skin type, age etc. She was friendly and warm and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.
