I am incredibly happy that I could just go with a color and Merilyn brought her creative side and a masterpiece so impeccably unique arose! The Evo gel from Biosculpture works incredibly well and she dehydrates my sweaty palms to give me that confidence that my nails would never lift. Rua Beauty is absolutely amazing! Laa'iqah always does a flawless job with my gel nails, and my fingers and toes look perfect every time. The foot scrub was incredible—so relaxing, and left my feet unbelievably soft. I really enjoyed my Gel Nails and Queen Pedi with Brenda, she did a wonderful job of my french mani. I love visiting BOA for my nails. However, I think BOA needs to invest in more exciting nail varnish colours, if you look at Sorbet's nail varnish, they have a much larger selection. I also think BOA should sell nail polish.

I am a regular at One 2 One for nails services and once again had an exceptional experience. The service was professional as always, and the tech was incredibly accommodating to my needs. I decided to try their brow services, having been loyal to the same technician for the past 5 years, and I'm thrilled to say they exceeded my expectations. Going to this salon is a MUST!! The customer service we received were AMAZING. Only the best brands are used Gelish, Biosculpture, OPI and Nsi. My nails are perfectly shaped and my gel toes, the french line was painted so precisely and carefully. Merilyn takes her time to customize any nail art and designs. The salon is neat and hygienic. Tucked in a secure and quiet location. I can't wait for my next appointment!

My 1st experience at the Plumstead branch was absolutely amazing! The branch is beautiful, clean warm and welcoming. The service was exceptional from Lemees at front of house.... Noli with an amazing de-stressing wash and a lovely serving of coffee! Shimene was very patient as I was undecided on my nail colour, her recommendation was fantastic... I am happy with my nails and toe gel set! You are amazing Shimene! Esmerelda thank you for my lovely "wedding hair" although you were not well you stuck it out and gave me your absolute best. Thank you team JEM you are all amazing.
