One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.

Shemaine always makes my lash applications a calming and pleasant experience. She is gentle, efficient and makes me feel absolutely fabulous when I walk out of the salon. My lashes always looks amazing when she's done. I don't know how she does it, but my lashes keep for at least 3 weeks each time. Shemaine is amazing!!!
