It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a really lovely experience. The space was clean, professional and calming. Charnelle did my dermaplaning and waxing, and she was incredible and very gentle, not aggressive at all, and she explained everything step by step which made me feel at ease.
