First time here, I had walked in to see if they had space and they booked me straight in for later in the day. On arrival the gentleman on the desk (I didn’t catch his name) was so accommodating and checked if I would like refreshments throughout. Lola was great, she listened tentatively about my hair and asked about taking before and after pics. She spent over an hour sorting my hair and it turned out great! I’ve had bad experiences in the past at salons but next time I’m in Folkestone I will be returning to redhed.

Sarah is a master at what she does. Best cuts I ever had, she knows how to work with curls and finds the perfect cut for the season I‘m in. It’s a joy watching her work, and talking to her.
