First time at Neem and overall, such a good experience! ✨ I had two treatments done and really enjoyed it. I do feel like I may have missed out on a back massage during the treatment, but I’m not entirely sure if that was included in the package — definitely something I’ll remember to check next time. 😅 The treatments were lovely, the service was great, and the prices are very reasonable. Shipment was welcoming despite me walking in and was lucky enough to receive an appointment. She was gentle as I explained I have no pain threshold and would whimper at 'pain' for a manicure. She smiled and reassured me no pain will be involved. I am not a talkative person as I prefer to watch and enjoy being treated and she immediately sensed that and only asked that I select a colour and she focused. Thank you ever so much JEM and Shimene for amazing service and a real professional but homey atmosphere. I will absolutely be back

I had a lymphatic massage at Azraas Wellness today and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so professional. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing yet effective — I could feel the difference in my body almost immediately. The therapist was  knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. If you’re not looking for a corporate or high-end spa experience, but rather a professional, clean, and homey environment - I think you will love this. I had my first waxing appointment with Erin who was an absolute doll. She is very skilled and knowledgable, friendly, professional, and made me very comfortable. She respected my need for breaks and always checked in regarding pain tolerance and management. Genuinely looking forward to coming back, and next time indulging in more treatments.

I drifted away and even drooled. Cair's attention and rhythm of her massage sent me into a dreamy bliss of relaxation. Bed was warm and comfortable and I loved the hot clothes compress after the massage. Stepping off onto the cold tiles was just a bit of a shock. Nevertheless, will definitely recommend Soothe!!
