I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

The massage was incredible. Maya’s hands are healing. I was in desperate need of some nurturing and stress relief. My entire back and neck were in spasm and my mind spinning. I read the reviews and honestly, she is exactly how they say. I left breathing deeply, calmly and rhythmically. I feel quietly restored and my heart at peace. We underestimate how much we carry and it’s not often we meet healers that can bring us back to centre. Thank you. I will be back for sure. I booked the 11/2hr hot oil massage. Please go.

Beautiful salon with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The back and shoulder massage was absolutely amazing, and the hydrating facial was one of the best I've had—so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Leilah made me feel super comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was warm, calming, and so relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. I went for a facial and absolutely loved every minute of it. She was gentle, professional, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the treatment. My skin felt so refreshed and glowing afterwards. Overall, it was such a lovely experience and I’ll definitely be going back again 🤍

Bella was incredible… by far the best Lash Technician I have been to in Cape Town… highly recommended.

My 1st experience at the Plumstead branch was absolutely amazing! The branch is beautiful, clean warm and welcoming. The service was exceptional from Lemees at front of house.... Noli with an amazing de-stressing wash and a lovely serving of coffee! Shimene was very patient as I was undecided on my nail colour, her recommendation was fantastic... I am happy with my nails and toe gel set! You are amazing Shimene! Esmerelda thank you for my lovely "wedding hair" although you were not well you stuck it out and gave me your absolute best. Thank you team JEM you are all amazing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Facial experience today and will not hesitate to return should l be in Cape Town for a holiday again in future. Very good service indeed!
