Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I first met with Bella a few months back now and I did a master class with her in her studio and she showed me her skills, and hands down she is the most down to earth beautiful human ever! So easy to get along with and the best in the game of make up! I felt so confident after coming to Izabella for her masterclass and aspire to be like her in the near future, I then had my make up done this weekend as she’s not yet painted my face we’ve just painted faces together… and wow my face has never looked better! I would recommend her to everyone I know!!!

​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I won't go to anyone else.

I had the Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax and a Manicure with Susan, and it was a wonderful experience. Susan was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. I had the HydraFacial Deluxe (with LED & Booster) with Merita, and it was a fantastic experience. Merita was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The facial was relaxing, and my skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, and hydrated afterwards. From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely. My skin already looks so amazing from my facials! I can not wait to see my final makeup on my wedding day with the amazing results I’ve had from my hydro facials and micro-needling. Amazing work by Shaheen. This time it was an early morning makeup and hair appointment. Shaheen came to my house and did a stunning job. My hair and makeup stayed on over almost 18 hours and didn’t need a touch up. Highly recommend this lady her work is flawless.

Occasion hair and makeup. Shaheen did my hair and makeup for my nieces wedding event and it was as described in her bio flawless. She took care in listening to how I wanted my makeup doing, (soft glow). Used high quality beauty products which stayed on for the whole evening. This helped as I have very sensitive skin and watery eyes, but this makeup felt natural like I wasn’t wearing anything. My hair stayed in place all night, Shaheen used good quality hair products and again listened ti how I wanted it. I will definitely book her again, this lady knows her stuff and made me feel special
