My 2 girls had there hair cut by Ebony today the girls are so happy with there cuts. Ebony made them both feel so comfortable This is honestly the best salon in nuneaton by far lovely atmosphere staff all so friendly

Despite how spicy it was and how swollen I am, I do love my new permanent eyeliner! Sadie did a great job and really took the time to make sure they were perfect, I'd highly recommend...just brace yourself!

The glam factory is always a great place to get your hair cut with wonderful and friendly staff that make you feel welcome. I had my hair cut by Sarah today and she is always wonderful at doing such a brilliant job always feeling satisfied with my new style. Sarah is also really friendly and it's always nice having a chat. I am very happy with my experience and will be returning again in the future when I need my hair doing. Many thanks Sean

Sadie was great, I booked in with her for make up, she did exactly what I asked for and it looked really lovely and lasted all day and night!

Freya was absolutely amazing at doing my nails. The application and the shine after was absolutely unreal. I am so happy with my service I have received today.

Wow 🤩 absolutely over the moon, what an afternoon of pamper, has lemon bottle which was great hardly felt anything, the most amazing facial! Hot stone massage was incredible and pedicure. And my brows are looking amazing thank you so much to Sadie for an amazing afternoon and making me feel better look forward to our next session, and make up in a few weeks. I had my makeup done by Melissa for my fiancé’s 40th birthday party and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I went for a soft glam look and she absolutely nailed it! Melissa really listened to what I wanted, and the finished look was flawless — I felt amazing and got so many lovely compliments throughout the night. She’s incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and professional, with tons of experience that really shows in her work. I’ll definitely be going back and can’t wait to try out some of her other services too. Highly recommend!

Honestly couldn't have had a better experience. We booked the prom package for my daughter's prom and it was brilliant. Everyone was so welcoming and chatty with my daughter (who was incredibly nervous). You all asked about her dress, her theme and overall look. Nails were beautiful (lady was so welcoming/ attentive), hair was beautifully curled and put up (the joking and general humour/plus song choice really made a difference), make up was more natural but still beautiful (you listened to her requests and worked with it). You all added a lovely touch of glamour and sparkle to her experience

Another fantastic colour and cut by Kurtis. He never Fails. He is just a super talented and such fun too. I love my visits and hopefully in the new year Kurtis and I will go out for lunch and it will be amazing. The salon is well run too and all the staff are friendly and we have such a laugh. I have booked till May 2025 as they get booked up so quick. Keep up the good work Glam Factory.

My hair is fabulous after Kurtis Dyed and cut it today. I need to apologise to him as I was very quiet today but I was so very tired. Will make up for it in 4 weeks. All my appointments are made till the new year as just love this salon and the people who work there including Kurtis who has had to put up with me the past 2 years.
