Lovely session tonight after quite a few weeks off, i have been on quite a journey so far with Lucy and she has been with me every step of the way on the ups and the downs and she has given me guidance, i feel really very thankful to have Lucy in my life xx We spoke about the next steps tonight and what that may look like and what i do know is that i still want to continue working with Lucy x

Six months ago I was in a place where I never would have made healthy life choices now I do it without thinking and beginning to get my life back

Lucy has worked through my health anxiety issues with me for several weeks now,and i am now seeing massive improvement in me. From where i was to where i am now i am amazed by the journey of hypnotherapy ive been on and how much its done for me. To be even talking about coming to the end of my time working with Lucy shortly is mind blowing to me as i was in such bad place when Lucy started working with me. Amazing person and great at what she does. Cant thank her enough for her help in getting me back into the game of life. Thanks Lucy
