Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great technicians and make you feel very comfortable. They know what they are doing and do a great job.

I first met with Bella a few months back now and I did a master class with her in her studio and she showed me her skills, and hands down she is the most down to earth beautiful human ever! So easy to get along with and the best in the game of make up! I felt so confident after coming to Izabella for her masterclass and aspire to be like her in the near future, I then had my make up done this weekend as she’s not yet painted my face we’ve just painted faces together… and wow my face has never looked better! I would recommend her to everyone I know!!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Nia was brilliant start to finish explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it. From black box dye to a gorgeous copper she really is a miracle worker and so close to Christmas. Thankyou I will see you in 6 weeks for my root touch up ❤️

Such a great place. Lovely atmosphere and all the stylists are so nice. Demi and Jake made me feel very welcome and they took a lot of care to make sure I had the right stylist for my hair. Lia came in specially and was so lovely - very happy with the cut! Will definitely be coming back :)

Really good experience at angels. I have been looking for somewhere that does full body wax without it costing the earth and I've found it. Very reasonable pricing and high standards of service. I met 3 members of staff and they were all lovely. I even added on some threading which was a first for me. Very happy with the results. Thank you.

From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely. My skin already looks so amazing from my facials! I can not wait to see my final makeup on my wedding day with the amazing results I’ve had from my hydro facials and micro-needling. It is a must for any bride to be not only really works but it’s also a nice hour of relaxation building up to the big day xx So all my brides to be get booked in you will not regret it ! The cut is exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t have asked for more, so pleased with it and I felt consulted and listened to the whole time. The only thing is my appointment time was changed without being asked, luckily I could make the new time but it might not have been that way. I would have appreciated being asked before it was changed and I’m then unable to change it myself

My experience was really good. The owner did my service appointment for waxing. She was very gentle and efficient. She made me feel comfortable all the way. The place is clean and has a soothing ambience.

I cannot recommend Izabella enough! Every facial I’ve had with her has been pure magic. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough, I always feel like my skin is in the best hands. She personalizes the treatment to exactly what my skin needs. My face has never felt smoother, looked brighter, or glowed like this before. She has the warmest most welcoming energy that makes each appointment feel like self care and a catch up with a friend. I visited for the first time and had Jake do my hair. Jake made me feel welcome and listened to what I was hoping for, I showed some pictures for inspo and Jake was also great at adding what they thought too. Jake gave me a fabulous cut and I have been able to style it to how I like. I will definitely rebook when I need a freshen up!
