Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I first met with Bella a few months back now and I did a master class with her in her studio and she showed me her skills, and hands down she is the most down to earth beautiful human ever! So easy to get along with and the best in the game of make up! I felt so confident after coming to Izabella for her masterclass and aspire to be like her in the near future, I then had my make up done this weekend as she’s not yet painted my face we’ve just painted faces together… and wow my face has never looked better! I would recommend her to everyone I know!!!

Such a great place. Lovely atmosphere and all the stylists are so nice. Demi and Jake made me feel very welcome and they took a lot of care to make sure I had the right stylist for my hair. Lia came in specially and was so lovely - very happy with the cut! Will definitely be coming back :)

The cut is exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t have asked for more, so pleased with it and I felt consulted and listened to the whole time. The only thing is my appointment time was changed without being asked, luckily I could make the new time but it might not have been that way. I would have appreciated being asked before it was changed and I’m then unable to change it myself

Absolutely amazing experience. Nia was brilliant start to finish explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it. From black box dye to a gorgeous copper she really is a miracle worker and so close to Christmas. Thankyou I will see you in 6 weeks for my root touch up ❤️

Amazing work by Shaheen. This time it was an early morning makeup and hair appointment. Shaheen came to my house and did a stunning job. My hair and makeup stayed on over almost 18 hours and didn’t need a touch up. Highly recommend this lady her work is flawless.

I cannot recommend Izabella enough! Every facial I’ve had with her has been pure magic. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough, I always feel like my skin is in the best hands. She personalizes the treatment to exactly what my skin needs. My face has never felt smoother, looked brighter, or glowed like this before. She has the warmest most welcoming energy that makes each appointment feel like self care and a catch up with a friend. Occasion hair and makeup. Shaheen did my hair and makeup for my nieces wedding event and it was as described in her bio flawless. She took care in listening to how I wanted my makeup doing, (soft glow). Used high quality beauty products which stayed on for the whole evening. This helped as I have very sensitive skin and watery eyes, but this makeup felt natural like I wasn’t wearing anything. My hair stayed in place all night, Shaheen used good quality hair products and again listened ti how I wanted it. I will definitely book her again, this lady knows her stuff and made me feel special

I went to get my makeup done this morning. I had shown Shaheen what look I wanted and what sort of makeup I wanted . Wow ! she MashAllah done a brilliant job . My makeup stayed on all day and hair stayed in one place . Was so impressed will be booking Shaheen again In Sha Allah .
