Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Amazing work by Shaheen. This time it was an early morning makeup and hair appointment. Shaheen came to my house and did a stunning job. My hair and makeup stayed on over almost 18 hours and didn’t need a touch up. Highly recommend this lady her work is flawless.

I first met with Bella a few months back now and I did a master class with her in her studio and she showed me her skills, and hands down she is the most down to earth beautiful human ever! So easy to get along with and the best in the game of make up! I felt so confident after coming to Izabella for her masterclass and aspire to be like her in the near future, I then had my make up done this weekend as she’s not yet painted my face we’ve just painted faces together… and wow my face has never looked better! I would recommend her to everyone I know!!!

Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best. Best treatment I've had so far with great prices & great services related to Waxing, Facials, Tinting, Threading, Massage, Makeup, Lashes, Hollywood Wax, Manicure, and Pedicure. recommended 10/10

Occasion hair and makeup. Shaheen did my hair and makeup for my nieces wedding event and it was as described in her bio flawless. She took care in listening to how I wanted my makeup doing, (soft glow). Used high quality beauty products which stayed on for the whole evening. This helped as I have very sensitive skin and watery eyes, but this makeup felt natural like I wasn’t wearing anything. My hair stayed in place all night, Shaheen used good quality hair products and again listened ti how I wanted it. I will definitely book her again, this lady knows her stuff and made me feel special

Davinder is very friendly and is clearly very experienced. The massage I had was amazing and I feel totally relaxed.

Such a great place. Lovely atmosphere and all the stylists are so nice. Demi and Jake made me feel very welcome and they took a lot of care to make sure I had the right stylist for my hair. Lia came in specially and was so lovely - very happy with the cut! Will definitely be coming back :)

I went to get my makeup done this morning. I had shown Shaheen what look I wanted and what sort of makeup I wanted . Wow ! she MashAllah done a brilliant job . My makeup stayed on all day and hair stayed in one place . Was so impressed will be booking Shaheen again In Sha Allah .

Quick professional booking Autistic daughter found scissors amd decided to cut own hair emergency appointment needed amd they manage to fit her in very friendly amd did amazing job on her hair to make look more amazing than I thought it would considering circumstances

From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely. My skin already looks so amazing from my facials! I can not wait to see my final makeup on my wedding day with the amazing results I’ve had from my hydro facials and micro-needling. It is a must for any bride to be not only really works but it’s also a nice hour of relaxation building up to the big day xx So all my brides to be get booked in you will not regret it ! The cut is exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t have asked for more, so pleased with it and I felt consulted and listened to the whole time. The only thing is my appointment time was changed without being asked, luckily I could make the new time but it might not have been that way. I would have appreciated being asked before it was changed and I’m then unable to change it myself

I visited for the first time and had Jake do my hair. Jake made me feel welcome and listened to what I was hoping for, I showed some pictures for inspo and Jake was also great at adding what they thought too. Jake gave me a fabulous cut and I have been able to style it to how I like. I will definitely rebook when I need a freshen up!

I’ve been going to Izabella for years now and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my makeup. She absolutely smashes it every single time 😭✨ She just gets exactly what I want without me even needing to explain properly. My makeup always lasts all day/night and I leave feeling my absolute best. She’s also so lovely which makes the whole experience even better. Couldn’t recommend Izabella enough 💖

Was very knowledgeable she made sure I knew what the end length would be and I was happy with how it’ll look kept asking and making sure I was sure it will be ok told me what he best products was to use for my scalp to clear it up from looking very red and angry
