Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. Perfect way to melt the stress away. I don’t normally say this about a lot of facials I get in London, but worth every penny! Will be coming back soon xx

I am so obsessed with my curly hair cut from Albert! He is really friendly and really listened to what I wanted. He is so knowledgable and really guided me through the appointment - about my hair type, how to style it, products to use and explained every step of what he was doing. I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.
