I went for my first treatment a few weeks ago, I had never had a chemical peel done before so was a bit apprehensive. Ian was fantastic, he explained everything and just put me at ease straight away, felt like I'd known him for years. I can’t recommend Ian highly enough! Ian is not only passionate about all things skincare but is so friendly, dedicated, accommodating, kind and fabulous. Ian is so warm and friendly, he makes you feel at home within minutes. He’s knowledgable and thorough to get a deep understanding of your needs. He’s honest and will always offer his professional advice. Just had my first treatment of profhilo. Farrah is very lovely and made me feel at ease instantly as I was very nervous. The injections sting but bearable. Recovery was fine, I had no bruises, maybe a few tiny red dots that were barely visible but disappeared after a couple of hours. I can already see the difference softer skin on my face and a nice brighter complexion. I will be returning in a months time for the second treatment.

My first consultation with Jacqui, it was lovely to be able to talk through my wants and concerns and get advice on how to look after my skin. I had an amazing facial and walked out feeling glowing. A real treat at a very fair price.

I have just attended a consultation with a view to having an ombré brow treatment, I was very impressed. The various procedures were all explained to me fully and I was able to ask any questions that I had. It was very professional with a full medical history taken and I left feeling very confident with the decision on the treatment that I booked an appointment for. No pressure into making a decision but I felt completely confident in booking an appointment whilst I was there if anyone is considering a brow treatment I would suggest you make an appointment for a free consultation.

Farrah is very reassuring, setting out the process, what to expect during & on completion of the treatment. She also discusses all necessary aftercare. I would highly recommend Farrah for brows.
