I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

I had polynucleotide treatment with Dr. Marsa and honestly couldn’t be happier! I’ve had it done elsewhere before and was left with awful bruising straight after that lasted for two weeks — but this time was completely different. Dr. Marsa was so gentle and precise, and I barely had any marks afterwards and felt minimal discomfort. My skin already has such a beautiful glow and you honestly can’t even tell I had anything done. On top of that, she’s absolutely lovely — so warm and reassuring throughout the whole process. Highly recommend her!

Felt completely comfortable and informed the whole time. I had the treat of having both Raisah and Nasira at my session for skin needling with skin pen where they really made sure they understood my skin and my skin goals. Amazing communication and education from nurse Taz. Noticed a difference the very next day after my polynucleotide treatment with my skin looking healthy and glowing so I can really see where it’s repaired my skin. Nurse Taz was very gentle, honestly that cream was magic because I didn’t feel a thing and there was no bruising around the treated area.
