My appointment with Dr Rielle was a delight and I am even happier with the results! From the first moment of the appointment, I knew that she cared. She attentively listened to my concerns: I have dry and oily skin, with discolouration and I’m getting to the age that I need to consider an anti-ageing regime. Dr Rielle expertly explained the science of my skin condition to me, helping me understand my concerns. The personalised care regime she provided was so easy to follow and such a useful guide. Within a few days my skin seemed to glow and I have had more than one compliment from friends!

I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

Masque crystal facial was great. Chantelle explained the process every step of the way and made sure I was super comfortable! The atmosphere of the shop is really great and all colleagues very professional. My skin looked amazing afterwards, so I would definitely recommend. My brow tint and shape with Manu was also great. Love visiting deepika she very good at what she does. Explained the PRP facial to me in detail was not painful. I also had PRP hair growth treatment which I highly recommend with her. The lady who attended to me was really nice and welcoming. Made me feel really comfortable about my skin which I haven’t been for months and took the time to explain what could be going on with my skin and the treatment plan available for me. She had a look at my skin care products and also advised me on products to use and those not to use as it may worsen my skin problems. Can’t wait to start treatment ASAP.
