I’ve been here twice now for lashes (my first time ever), and she did an amazing job. I absolutely loved how they came out and received so many compliments. The overall experience was excellent—she creates such a great vibe with soothing music, a clean and professional space, and truly warm customer service. I went back for a lash fill and a brow shaping and tint, and it was just as great the second time. Highly recommend!

I had 2 services done with Sasha and I'll for sure be a lifelong customer. I got powdered brows and lip neutralization and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Sasha's work is FANTASTIC and she's so sweet and accommodating. She explains everything in detail and makes sure you're comfortable throughout the entire process. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time and that's never happened before! I spent so much money on eyebrow pencils before I met Sasha, and haven't used one since she did by brows. Booked a Korean lash lift with Sara and let me tell you I am amazed. I have short straight lashes and when she showed me the results, I asked if what I was seeing were my lashes because of how good they looked. Sara pays a lot of attention to detail and knows what she’s doing. I will definitely be coming back!

Nathalie always does a good job getting my lashes how I want them. She’s quick and takes care when I’m uncomfortable from lash glue. The only lash place I’ll go to in this area!

Sasha is amazing :) so knowledgable! Wish i had gone to her when wanting to get my brows done in the first place and now i'm seeing her to remove them. Amazing experience!! I started off with saline removal (not here) and it was a nightmare so I decided to try laser. She was SO thorough for the first appointment, she really took her time to properly explain what was going to be done to remove my microblading (previous artist). Second appointment we were already seeing progress with my eyebrows and the pigments coming off. 100% will recommend to my friends that also want microblading removed. I can’t wait to go back for hopefully one final session!

been going here for my lash extensions and I absolutely love the results every time! My lashes always come out full, beautiful, and exactly how I like them. The retention is great and they last really well between fills. I also have a monthly package, which makes it super convenient and worth it. The environment is clean, relaxing, and professional, and I always feel taken care of during my appointments. I’m so glad I found Sasha at Spring Muse. I had eyebrow microblading removed with laser at another place, but it left behind yellow pigment that wouldn’t fade. I didn’t know yellow is one of the hardest colors to remove. After wasted time and money, I found Sasha. She explained everything, used a gentler method, and made sure my skin was protected. Sasha explained thoroughly the saline procedure for the eyebrow powder removal. She made me feel comfortable during the procedure and provided detailed after care instructions. Sasha advised me I can contact her at anytime if problems should arise. Her studio is neat and clean she has great customer service skills. Had my filling done today… look beautiful as always … now I have never did a filling ever .. I usually just wait till my lashes all fall out on its own then I get a new set if needed but getting a filling makes it look new ….the techs at this place are all pleasant and patient … my 3rd time here and I can say I am never going anywhere else . Love it 😍

Got my lashes done today for the 2nd time … they are so beautiful 😍 and very natural I love that this place only use cashmere lashes . I got the 8 to 10 because I have really big eyes so I always go for a shorter more natural look which is still cute . My eye tech was very polite and patient. I have no complaints. I actually sign up for the monthly membership even tho I wouldn’t be going twice a month since my last set with them lasted a bit over a month . I was hesitant but I will see how if I need a membership or not since I only do my lashes in the summer months .
