A credit card will be taken at the time of booking. A card will ONLY be charged if an appointment is missed. If the client no shows without a call, 50% of the service fee will be applied to the card on file. If there is no card on file or the card on file is incorrect or expired, the amount of the missed appointment will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled. When a No Show/Cancellation occurs it takes large blocks of time that impacts our techs. We understand things happen, however, we try to respect our techs time as much as yours.
