I have shopped around in and out of New York City and never found anyone who can make my hair sparkle like Ludovic can. (à la Balyage) I feel great about my color, but I also get lots of unsolicited compliments!

I’ve been here twice now for lashes (my first time ever), and she did an amazing job. I absolutely loved how they came out and received so many compliments. The overall experience was excellent—she creates such a great vibe with soothing music, a clean and professional space, and truly warm customer service. I went back for a lash fill and a brow shaping and tint, and it was just as great the second time. Highly recommend!

Pinky is so kind, and did such an amazing job on my brows (threading and tint) and lashes (lash tint). I love the meditative chanting music she plays, and it's really just such a lovely experience. I decided to stay and get reflexology and ended up doing an hour of it with Shoba! She's incredible and did a full leg massage (and scalp massage). Definitely add that on! If I lived here, I would do it every week!

Artem is hands down the best brow artist I have ever been to. I haven't done my eyebrows professionally in years because I have sparse eyebrows, so they're always done too thin. Somehow they made my brows look perfectly untouched and natural! Like I was born with the most perfect supermodel brows. Literally unbelievable how amazing they look. I've never had my eyebrows be so perfectly fit for my face. Thank you so much Artem 🖤

I highly recommend Alex! I’ve been seeing her for the past few months and her work is so neat and gentle. If you are nervous about trying lashes for the first time (or again) or you are sensitive about your eyes, Alex is the lash tech for you! I also prefer natural sets and she knows how to do that well based on your eye shape

Sasha was amazing! She explained the entire laser brow removal process, answered all my questions, and addressed every concern. Before starting, she did a small test spot to make sure everything was safe, which made me feel very comfortable. The treatment was quick, and my brows already look much lighter and more natural. Sasha is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend her to anyone considering laser brow removal!

Everyone was so friendly and professional and so patient with all my questions. Lais did a great job of walking me through what to do for my hair and recommended products that I'm excited to try, the woman who washed my hair made me feel so relaxed, and I loved how Lorena mapped out and cleaned my eyebrows well. I have been going to Marysia for 20 years (maybe longer!) This is a full service salon and a very accommodating, customer centered business- I can always get an appointment when I call and the staff ( mostly Polish girls) is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable especially for Manhattan and they post the fees so there are no surprises. I have always had a good experience - nice staff, clean environment, good prices, friendly atmosphere- very rare for a Manhattan salon!
