I had my first experience getting a haircut in Richmond here and it was one of the best experiences i've had ever! I had Suki as a stylist and it was amazing and helped me feel super comfortable, I'm super happy with the service here. The staff was also super polite and kind. Will be booking another appointment whenever I need another haircut!

My first time at their Richmond location. I got a haircut with Chloe, showed her the photo inspo for what I want and told her to keep my current hair length as much as possible. She nailed it! Would definitely recommend.

I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. Days prior to our appointment our stylists messaged us for a consult asking about our current hair state and what we’d like to achieve. When we got there we were greeted warmly by our Mii (my hairstylist) and Yuki (Rb’s hairstylist). We both got a wash and blow dry and they consulted us with each step of the hair cut to make sure we were happy. Defo worth going to Richmond for this experience.

Eco-san is a talented and exceptional professional with lots of experience. After realizing her excellent sense of style, I've been asking her to recommend what she suggests would suit me most rather than trying to figure out what to do on my own. I've had many appointments with her and my hair is amazing every time. Hair cuts, colouring, treatments and styling, she's skilled in everything. She's also genuinely fun to chat with. She might just be Richmond's best kept secret.

The salon got renovated recently. It looks more modern and nice. It’s a pleasant place for a haircut. Fuko has been my hair stylist for years. She is always very passionate and friendly. She always takes her time to know what her customers really want. She is patient and is an awesome hairdresser. Highly recommended!

I visited Mophead today for the first time & had the pleasure of having James as my stylist. I initially went in just for a trim, but he graciously accommodated my last-minute request for a color change as well. The results are absolutely beautiful—I truly feel like a whole new person! James is incredibly skilled & passionate about what he does. He took the time to teach me how to properly style my hair & recommended the right products to use. He even let me know I could message him anytime if I had questions or needed styling tips. I highly recommend James (hairbyjchen) & Mophead!

Got my haircut with Sam. You can tell that he really understands different hair types and how to cut your hair to the way you want. Obviously a very experienced hair stylist, and wont disappoint at all. If you want a great and consistent haircut, book with Sam👌.
