I had the best experience with Initial, specifically Ayala. She was super nice and sweet. I really loved the hair colour she did on me. I also learned a lot from her even though I have been dying my hair at other salons before. I wish she could stay in Vancouver so she can be my stylist forever haha.

I always come back to Eco! Whether it’s a haircut or color, she’s been my favorite stylist in Vancouver. She’s amazing at communicating and really takes the time to understand what you want, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. It’s honestly so nice to have a stylist who truly gets you.

Veronica and Lian took such great care of my husband and I even though we were first time clients. When Veronica heard we were attending a special event later this week, she tailored our facials to make sure there was maximum glow with no downtime. They were both so attentive to details, explained every step of the way, and even gave us masks as after care to ensure we have the best skin before the event! Eco-san is a talented and exceptional professional with lots of experience. After realizing her excellent sense of style, I've been asking her to recommend what she suggests would suit me most rather than trying to figure out what to do on my own. I've had many appointments with her and my hair is amazing every time. Hair cuts, colouring, treatments and styling, she's skilled in everything. She's also genuinely fun to chat with. She might just be Richmond's best kept secret.

I had my first experience getting a haircut in Richmond here and it was one of the best experiences i've had ever! I had Suki as a stylist and it was amazing and helped me feel super comfortable, I'm super happy with the service here. The staff was also super polite and kind. He always ask the right questions to customers and try to accommodate to the customer’s hair care routine at home. I have a badly bleached hair and he even gave me some advice on how to take care of it. He also takes into consideration how my glasses would affect my hair, which no other hairdressers ever bothered to do. I highly recommend his service and would definitely come back to him whenever I visit Vancouver.

If you’re looking for an experienced, dedicated hair stylist who genuinely cares about clients, congratulations! You’ve just found the best in Vancouver. Ken is awesome. My hair was so damaged, and I was beginning to think that shaving my head was the only option. I’m glad I went to him before that happened. He saved me and made me beautiful. Highly recommend this clinic . Dr Yam and Siara are true professionals . Went in for prp treatment was the the only clinic in Vancouver area that tests their plasma . A person truly knows and Dr yam explains the procedure , Very thorough and and makess a person feel truly comfortable . Personally this is my clinic of choice . When it comes to beauty salons, I believe it's important not only to have skilled hairstylists but also to ensure that clients can have a comfortable time during their visit. Fuko always provides all of that. She's not just an excellent hairstylist with fantastic cutting skills, but also a wonderful listener who sometimes offers advice. And I always almost falling asleep during the shampoo and massage before the haircut by the assistant Mizuki because she's too good at it.

The doctor and nurse are very dedicated and caring toward the patient.
