I am satisfied with my first session of treatment of my skin. Dr. Yam is talented, he looks at details and is very accurate with his consultation. Sierra is an amazing person, she is a very friendly, patient and talented skin care technician. I have deep old acne scars on my face. She did a vampire facial and PRP to my skin. Honestly, I didn't feel any pain during the session just a little bit of pain around my nose area. For the rest. I feel like she is massaging my face. After my first session, my face was very red for 3 days and then it peeled and healed exactly as Dr. Yam explained to me.

I just had a wonderful experience at PRP Skincare & Laser. Dr. Yam was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each treatment thoroughly and answer all of my questions. During my treatment I felt relaxed, and well taken care of. All of the staff were so friendly and kind. I just got botox today, but I’ll definitely be back for the infamous vampire facial!

Most trustworthy place that I’ve been to for any skin advice or procedures! Dr Yam and his wife are very comforting and honest. They are both very conservative with work being done. They will never pressure you into anything and will give you an honest opinion. One of the perks of this place is that you have a board certified physician overseeing your care. Highly recommend if you are looking to get anything done or even just a facial! They have outstanding customer relations and they do an amazing job!

My experience at the PRP Skincare and Laser Clinic was amazing . I was greeted by Siara Yam who was very cheerful as well patient . I went in for a consultation with Dr Patrick Yam , I felt at ease because he was very informative , He addressed all of my concerns and gave me his honest opinion , which made me very comfortable and excited about my upcoming treatment . This was my first visit to the clinic and I felt extremely comfortable, Both Siara and Dr Yam are patient , friendly and accommodating . The office is clean , well organized and inviting. I love the services Limitless Laser has to offer. Rosinda and Jess do such an amazing job of taking your skin and needs into consideration. I had acne concerns yesterday, and Rosinda took the time to apply the appropriate Hydrojelly mask and serum. My acne looks less aggravated and my skin looks great. I have had laser treatments, dermaplaning, and microneedling. Every appointment always feels so relaxing, definitely a comfortable experience with great results!

Almost two years working with Dr. Yam and the results have been consistently positive and trending up. So grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and passionate doctor to take care of my hair growth with PRP right in Richmond!

I had a visit today to do PRP microneedling with Siera and was introduced to do the injection with Ms. Wi (Dr. from Thailand). Ms. Wi is very gentle and give me some knowledge in medical advice. I have been going to PRP for treatments frequently. Dr. Yam and Siera have been very pleased and care for my treatments and now my skin have improved. I am looking forward to going back for the next treatment soon.
