I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, my coat and belongings were placed in a locker and I was robed up and the lady even tied it for me! I was escorted to my hair dressers seat and I was given a tea menu. My hair wash was amazing, I got a great massage and thorough wash. And what can I say about the star hairdresser Raff. He was amazing. I didn't know what cut to get and he recommended a cut and took over. He exceeded my expectations! Thank you Raff! Thank you to the whole team.

I had my first experience getting a haircut in Richmond here and it was one of the best experiences i've had ever! I had Suki as a stylist and it was amazing and helped me feel super comfortable, I'm super happy with the service here. The staff was also super polite and kind. Will be booking another appointment whenever I need another haircut!

First time here and it was an amazing experience. Kana was super helpful and took care of my hair perfectly - my hair was super dry and damaged before the appointment, but Kana fixed it! Although it was a bit pricey but it was all worth it, I am certainly coming back. Would definitely recommend!

When it comes to beauty salons, I believe it's important not only to have skilled hairstylists but also to ensure that clients can have a comfortable time during their visit. Fuko always provides all of that. She's not just an excellent hairstylist with fantastic cutting skills, but also a wonderful listener who sometimes offers advice. And I always almost falling asleep during the shampoo and massage before the haircut by the assistant Mizuki because she's too good at it.

I dropped in this afternoon and to my delight was able to get a cut with Mako. He did an amazing job right from the relaxing hair wash to the cut and blow dry. I absolutely love my haircut and so does my husband. I will return!

I love visiting Initial Salon, its a lovely salon with exceptional stylist. The salon is always so peasceful, clean & a comfortable place to be. Everyone is so nice there. They are wheelchair accessible, and literally across the street frm the Brighouse skytrain station & across frm Richmond Centre mall. Talk about easy to get to, as well as I'm able to get a visit the mall. Thank you Ken for another gorgeous haircut
