Their location was not hard to find given that we only commute to get there. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sophia and Felicia. They gave us complimentary drinks. While waiting for our session, Sophia explained to us how our availed packages were going to be. Sophia, Felicia, and Bruna were all accommodating. We really loved their complimentary drinks from tea (when we arrived), cold flavored water (while we’re in the Infrared Sauna), and orange juice (I swear you’ll love it too)! The services were great and we’re planning to come back. The Infrared Sauna is a must have when you come.

It's always great visiting Elite - all the staff are so friendly! My current favourite strategy is the photobiomodulation + sauna/ice bath. Best mood booster (and for focus) and it's a great way to improve your mitochondrial function because both these strategies increases heatshock protein response! IFYKYK ;)

I recently booked ultimate wellness experience at SOJO and it was exactly what my body and mind needed after busy week at work. It included massage, sauna and float. Anna, my massage therapist was very friendly and professional. I could tell she really loves what she does. she spoke very highly about SOJO and looked happy working there. She made the whole experience very special and will definitely come back for more treatments. Amazing experience! Very well looked after when visiting Sydney. A treat to myself! Massage, sauna, & colonic hydrotherapy. First time doing a colonic was a little nervous but I had a lot of toxins in body needing to be released! And that they were haha 😂 well looked after and everything explained made it a breezy experience. Will definitely be back when in Sydney next! Thankyou so much for looking after me!

A incredible experience. Sofia, and the entire team go above and beyond to make the wellness experience of entering SOJO such a calming and restorative experience. The best of everything you can do to detox your body in one place. The energy here is unmatched. I’m so sad to leave Sydney! But I will be back :)
