Hair and wax were great. No complaints there. The deep tissue massage was a bit too intense. I understand that muscle pain is normal for the next 24-48 hours, but it’s nearly impossible for me to walk now that it’s the next day. It might be a good idea to test the waters with a client (and not expect them to understand how a massage works… a brief explanation would be very helpful because that would tell the client what’s normal for this specific massage). Rather than simply starting, make sure you know what their pain tolerance is. Communication was a bit lacking.

I had my laser hair removal session today and honestly, it was such a great experience. I was a bit nervous beforehand, expecting it to be painful, but it really wasn’t at all. She has such a calming, friendly nature and really makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. She explains everything clearly and constantly checks that you’re okay, which helps so much if you’re feeling unsure. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience.

I had such an amazing experience at Lamoré! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, calm and very professional. The technician took time to ask exactly what look I wanted and explained the different lash styles so I could choose what suited my eyes best.The application was gentle and comfortable — I actually nearly fell asleep! The lashes came out beautifully: full, soft and natural-looking, not heavy or clumpy at all. I’ve received so many compliments already and they still look perfect days later.You can really see they care about hygiene and quality quality products.
