Mary is beyond amazing. You can tell she takes her craft very seriously. She is methodical and detailed in the process and also very personable and friendly. Recently I had an application of brow tint that just didn’t quite take, no fault of the actual application but just a fluke. Mary made sure to bring me back in to address the areas I was concerned about and even made sure to take extra steps to avoid damage to my brows with the second rendition of coloring. As long as she is still open in Kalamazoo Portage area I will be faithful customer and recommending her to all my friends .

10 out of 10!!! I was so nervous in the beginning but Mary worked her magic and had her work cut out for her. I had not had my brows done in over a year due to bad experiences. But Mary heard my concerns and is so detailed explaining everything. She made me feel so comfortable and secure with the process. Definitely recommend 100% and she will forever be my brow person. Great experience! I had a facial done for the first time and also had my eyebrows waxed by Macy. My face has never felt so taken care of, and my eyebrows have never looked so good. I even had to get on a plane right after, and after four hours of flying my skin still felt amazing. Macy is extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m excited to see her again and add The only small bit of feedback I’d share overall is that robe sizing could be more inclusive for plus size folks, as mine didn’t fit. Overall, I highly recommend!

She actually listens to what I want, helps shape my ideas, and always adds artistic touches that make the design even better. The salon is always spotless and comfortable, and I never feel rushed. Literally I feel like Bree is a mind reader. I was hesitant about the color I found prior to my apt and looked around at the option they had. I explained Bree the vibe I was feeling and she found THE PERFECT color that I was going for and we looked at the inspiration pic afterwards and it’s VERY close to the color I wanted. Mindreader! Also, just grateful for her work as my toe nails have never looked and feel healthier. Their growth pattern is improving and shaping out and I really appreciate that! I’m extremely picky when it comes to my eyebrows and usually drive all the way to Grand Rapids to get them done — but I am so glad I found Mary here in Kalamazoo! She’s incredibly detailed, precise, and truly takes her time to make sure everything is just right. I had an eyebrow shaping today and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. So relieved to finally have someone local I trust!

Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!
