The Owner Bek and Lucy have been a complete joy to deal with. Very happy with both appointments that I've had so far. Have rebooked again as the treatment I had today was just devine. Katie is an absolute gem! I went in for a facial, lash lift & tint, and brow wax, and honestly, I felt so looked after the whole time. She’s warm, chatty, and really knows her stuff – I could tell she genuinely cares about getting it right. I have a complicated asymmetrical bob style with a lot of layers in the back to give it volume. Lucy not only got the shape exactly as I wanted it but also styled it afterward so I left the salon feeling like a million dollars.
