Confused as to why the special Discovery facial + foot massage R349 came up at a higher price when booking on line. Nail work was excellent but facial not soothing and a bit rough.

1 of the best massages I ever had by Nombeko 🙏🏼. I was a bit worried about the noise of cars with the road in front but I had a massage in 1 of the rooms in the back so didn't hear a thing. Sascha was at the reception and made me feel so welcome. 100% sure I will be back soon!

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Head massage was the highlight for the partner. We are both not fans of the mask from the facial as it has an unusual scent. Full body massage - turns out to be only be the entire back, and hands? Also pity electricity went - kudos to the improvising nonetheless. Always kind service, joyful and pleasant therapists always. Thank you.

All the staff here we SO friendly, and definitely the best massage I've had over the wash basin. Zee, my hairdresser, was quick and triple checked the length I asked for before cutting. Their pricing is extremely reasonable. I will be back, glad I found a hairdresser I'll return to, finally!

I have been going to Gingerlily Spa for sometime now and the experience as well as their services provided are always exceptional. I enjoy getting a facial from Lindsey and a massage from Kudzy. They are extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. They helped me with a bad acne breakout when I originally started going and I have been purchasing my skincare from them since. The Spa environment is always relaxing with calming music in the background. I would highly recommend Gingerlily Spa.

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended! The therapist had a confident rhythm to her work, and her technique was spot on—medium pressure, just as I requested. She knew exactly how to melt away the tension, and I found myself drifting into deep relaxation, nearly falling asleep.
