I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

The hair wash and head massage was amazing. I was very happy with my service I received from my stylist Terry at Eden beauty who listen to how I wanted my hair done and she did such an beautiful job. The salon has a lovely atmosphere too. I highly recommend and I will definitely be returning.

It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

Fantastic- Alison is so professional, friendly, gave great advice & is all round gorgeous! The spa/salon is in a lovely old house beautifully decorated, and I was made to feel very welcome & pampered from the minute I arrived. I will definitely visit again!

What an absolutely amazing experience. From the get go, booking an appointment was a seamless process. Super friendly and professional staff and very welcoming on arrival. The salon is beautifully setup. It’s super convenient in terms of location, and is basically a ONE STOP SHOP. I mean what’s better than having your lashes and nails done at the same time, and I even managed to fit in waxing.. And that’s not all they even have a hair salon 🤩

Beautiful little salon located a few roads from where I stay which is so convenient for me. Haley was my beauty therapist and did the most gentle wax I’ve ever experienced after years of not waxing. On this cold winters day the salon bed was equipped with an electric blanket which kept me toasty. I’ll definitely be back again!
