Really made me feel comfortable, as pain free as possible and just an overall good experience.

This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

My experience was amazing as it was my birthday so it was my treat of which I received a 30% discount which was an awesome gift. The massage, pedicure and gelish was top tier. Not only that I always enjoy coming to Earth Body and Skin. Thank you to Jacintha and Samantha for always making me feel welcome and I will definitely be coming back soon 🥰

I never normally leave reviews but I had to for this — I debated coming here for a while cause I searched the location first and the building is genuinely scary and dodgy-looking. That being said, once you get past the building, the experience of the service and the quality is top notch. I had a great time and will definitely be going back for my lashes.

I was really happy with my Shiatsu treatment with Tasneem. She is experienced, explained everything well and got rid of my tension. Will definitely go back.

I had a deep tissue massage here, and it was excellent. The therapist was highly skilled, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He worked through all the areas of tension with the right amount of pressure, and I left feeling relaxed and much better. Thank you Marco.

First time at Neem and overall, such a good experience! ✨ I had two treatments done and really enjoyed it. I do feel like I may have missed out on a back massage during the treatment, but I’m not entirely sure if that was included in the package — definitely something I’ll remember to check next time. 😅 The treatments were lovely, the service was great, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely be going back soon! 💆🏽‍♀️✨

What a lovely gem. Very comforting and calming environment, very lowkey. If you’re not looking for a corporate or high-end spa experience, but rather a professional, clean, and homey environment - I think you will love this. I had my first waxing appointment with Erin who was an absolute doll. She is very skilled and knowledgable, friendly, professional, and made me very comfortable. She respected my need for breaks and always checked in regarding pain tolerance and management. Genuinely looking forward to coming back, and next time indulging in more treatments.

Had the most incredible experience at Neem Studio. My partner and I booked a couples massage with Gadija and Reece and they were amazing. We felt super relaxed and they worked out all the knots in my back. Would highly recommend!

I needed the dry cupping badly as I had a very hectic week at work which caused severe neck pain and a very tight back. However, after Hudah dry cupping treatment I felt less tight, more relaxed and ready to tackle the Women's Day long weekend. I am looking forward to my next session a Reset Bomb voucher I bought for the 31 August 2026 to end Women's month with much needed self-love.

I had an amazing massage experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax and unwind. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a serene, peaceful, and professional environment that immediately put me at ease. The masseuse was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They took the time to understand my needs and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for from start to finish. The treatment helped release so much tension, and I walked out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and lighter.

My lymphatic drainage massage was amazing, will most definitely be back for more treatments. The setting of the room is perfect, very relaxing and the welcoming board is oulik. Leilah herself is a vibe 😂 will most definitely recommend her to friends and family 😁

This was my second massage with Kim. I wanted a hard pressure for my back to iron out the tightness from the last few months. She’s did a great job.
