This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

My experience was amazing as it was my birthday so it was my treat of which I received a 30% discount which was an awesome gift. The massage,pedicure and gelish was top tier. I never normally leave reviews but I had to for this — I debated coming here for a while cause I searched the location first and the building is genuinely scary and dodgy-looking. That being said, once you get past the building, the experience of the service and the quality is top notch. I had a great time and will definitely be going back for my lashes.

I had a deep tissue massage here, and it was excellent. The therapist was highly skilled, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He worked through all the areas of tension with the right amount of pressure, and I left feeling relaxed and much better. Thank you Marco.

First time at Neem and overall, such a good experience! ✨ I had two treatments done and really enjoyed it. I do feel like I may have missed out on a back massage during the treatment, but I’m not entirely sure if that was included in the package — definitely something I’ll remember to check next time. 😅 The treatments were lovely, the service was great, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely be going back soon! 💆🏽‍♀️✨
