Had a amazing facial done by Claire . She was informative in what she was doing throughout the facial. When she used the steam , she made sure that it wasn't to hot and that I was okay. My skin feels amazing and will definitely be back for another facial!

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

The massage was incredible. Maya’s hands are healing. I was in desperate need of some nurturing and stress relief. My entire back and neck were in spasm and my mind spinning. I read the reviews and honestly, she is exactly how they say. I left breathing deeply, calmly and rhythmically. I feel quietly restored and my heart at peace. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment, why it was being done, and how it benefits my skin, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring. This was my first time visiting this salon, and I had a great experience. What I liked most was how it was focused on my stress points instead of just doing a general massage. Claire paid attention to where I had tension and worked on those areas, which really helped me relax. I left feeling much better than when I arrived. Overall, a simple and effective massage. I would definitely go back.

Artisan Skin - the crème de la crème of skin clinics in Cape Town. I couldn't recommended them more. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and professional. A really top class team. Plus the ambiance and luxurious rooms makes even a bikini wax feel like a spoil!

I cannot recommend OnebyClaire enough! After weeks of tension headaches that my Rheumatologist described as 'extremely bad,' I walked in feeling heavy and walked out feeling like a completely new person. She listened to every concern and worked magic on my neck and shoulders. My body has never felt so good! Already booking my monthly appointment. 5 stars isn't enough!

I thoroughly enjoyed my Facial experience today and will not hesitate to return should l be in Cape Town for a holiday again in future. Very good service indeed!

nina was amazing! super understanding about my late arrival due to transport issues, she settled me in quickly. impressed me with how she checked in & made me feel at ease, esp after bad experiences elsewhere. calming music & ambiance were perfect after a hectic morning. massage was incredible, nina worked out all the tension! definitely coming back, highly recommend her! 🤩 p.s. think she deserves a raise!
