I had a lymphatic massage at Azraas Wellness today and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so professional. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing yet effective — I could feel the difference in my body almost immediately. The therapist was  knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

The massage was incredible. Maya’s hands are healing. I was in desperate need of some nurturing and stress relief. My entire back and neck were in spasm and my mind spinning. I read the reviews and honestly, she is exactly how they say. I left breathing deeply, calmly and rhythmically. I feel quietly restored and my heart at peace. Amaarah has a lot of patience when it comes to hair. She is very detailed and precise. She never rushes with your hair, compared to a few hair stylists. Will always come back and book with her only, as long as she is working there.

Amazing, therapeutic and relaxing experience with the wonderful Azraa. Love the space and the treatment. Her healing hands always does wonders to help reduce my pain. I have stage 4 endometriosis and need many different types of treatments to manage, which include, regular wet cupping and reflexology coupled with carefully selected supplements provided by Azraa. Yesterday I tried the laser lipolysis for my tummy and neck and I am so looking forward to results of that session! Here's to the continued journey and finding alternative ways to heal inshallah.

I had a headache from back and shoulder pain for 3 days. Kim fixed me within my 60 minutes sports massage. It wasn't a relaxing massage as I opted for a hard one to get out all my knots, yet I felt like a new person at the end. My second massage here and can highly recommend!

I am in Cape Town for a short while and I walked into Jem inquiring about lashes. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who called the lash tech to talk to me. She sounded very knowledgeable so I made an appointment. I had my old ones removed and a new set done. I am very happy with my new lashes. They look beautiful and I would definately recommend Shimene.
