Shipment was welcoming despite me walking in and was lucky enough to receive an appointment. She was gentle as I explained I have no pain threshold and would whimper at 'pain' for a manicure. She smiled and reassured me no pain will be involved. I am not a talkative person as I prefer to watch and enjoy being treated and she immediately sensed that and only asked that I select a colour and she focused. Thank you ever so much JEM and Shimene for amazing service and a real professional but homey atmosphere. I will absolutely be back

Great treatment, professional and highly recommended. The lymphatic drainage had many health benefits especially immune support. As a recommendation for the studio - to consider getting electric blankets /heating because the rooms are a little cold especially on frosty winter days. 🌸

What a lovely gem. Very comforting and calming environment, very lowkey. If you’re not looking for a corporate or high-end spa experience, but rather a professional, clean, and homey environment - I think you will love this. I had my first waxing appointment with Erin who was an absolute doll. She is very skilled and knowledgable, friendly, professional, and made me very comfortable. She respected my need for breaks and always checked in regarding pain tolerance and management. Genuinely looking forward to coming back, and next time indulging in more treatments.
