It’s always a great experience at Stay Calm and my partner and I highly recommend. The staff is so friendly and supporting with any tiny pain spot you have and give great advise. They also advise that some other massage might suit better in your case like move from deep tissue to copping etc. to be more effective.

I had a one hour full body remedial message claimable on my health fund and it I was very effective at releasing tension, tendinitis and pain. After the initial 5-10 minutes of pressure point release work (which was really quite painful) the therapist got to work on full body deep tissue massage. I left feeling much less stiff and sore. Recommended to others seeking these sorts of benefits!
