I had an excellent 90-minute session with Ram, which included both Pindasweda (Ayurvedic Pouch/Poultice Massage) and Nasya therapy. The combination of therapeutic oils, massage techniques, and sauna treatment left my entire body feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. I slept like a baby afterward. Ram has an impressive understanding of the human body and applies just the right amount of pressure throughout the treatment. His expertise, professionalism, and attention to individual needs made the experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

Excellent! What an experience. I totally loved the leg compression therapy - I felt great when I walked out. As for the Non-invasive face lift my skin felt silky smooth and fine wrinkles look lighter. Can't wait to see how my skin looks in a few days time.

I had a fantastic experience here. What I liked most was the firm pressure during the massage. I often struggle to find places where the therapists can provide genuinely deep, hard pressure, but this was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Ness she was my therapist and did an amazing job. Professional, attentive, and excellent at deep tissue massage. I'll definitely be coming back!

I’ve had many massages over the years, and Michelle is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I’ve never felt such a sense of calm and relief after a massage. The room is incredibly peaceful, and every detail is perfection, from the hot towels and beautiful oils to the soothing music. The whole experience feels like a warm hug. Kate is fantastic. I have been going to her for years. It took me quite sometime to find the right massage therapist. She is very good at regulating pressure and working on problem areas without pain. She checks in to see if the pressure is ok and always asks what areas you would like her to focus on. I always feel so much better after having a treatment.

I had a great experience with Henry, was known he is chiro and physio as well. Henry was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Unbelievable I notice my tendinitis has a big improvement after the laser treatment. Can’t wait my next laser treatment, just want to get rid off of pain. Highly recommend!
