THE best beauticians in Town. Lee-Anne, Wendy and Sam are caring and personable, creating a very warm welcoming environment. Going into old age, their facials, nail care and waxing is with this in mind, advising me of products that will suit my skin type. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you, I love you guys!

I went in for some birthday pampering and wow… I was definitely spoilt! 🩷✨ From my hair to my nails and toes, everything was done with such care and, most importantly, they listened to what I wanted while still giving me their expert advice. What a lovely gem. Very comforting and calming environment, very lowkey. If you’re not looking for a corporate or high-end spa experience, but rather a professional, clean, and homey environment - I think you will love this. I had my first waxing appointment with Erin who was an absolute doll. She is very skilled and knowledgable, friendly, professional, and made me very comfortable. She respected my need for breaks and always checked in regarding pain tolerance and management. Genuinely looking forward to coming back, and next time indulging in more treatments.

Best nail tech ever! I have been to so many and never happy, my gel comes off or my nails become weak. But with Jenna, my nails are so strong still after doing my nails for so long, because she takes extra care to not damage your nails while doing a manicure. I really can recommend her, amazing work 👏

I had the most incredible experience at Mademoiselle this weekend! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome. The team has such amazing energy, and the atmosphere is warm, friendly and incredibly professional. I had both my hair and nails done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail and level of care were outstanding. I also loved the music playing throughout the salon – it created such a fun and relaxing vibe. It was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you to the wonderful team for making me feel special.

Shipment was welcoming despite me walking in and was lucky enough to receive an appointment. She was gentle as I explained I have no pain threshold and would whimper at 'pain' for a manicure. She smiled and reassured me no pain will be involved. I am not a talkative person as I prefer to watch and enjoy being treated and she immediately sensed that and only asked that I select a colour and she focused. Thank you ever so much JEM and Shimene for amazing service and a real professional but homey atmosphere. I will absolutely be back

Nyasha is always top class, her work is of such a high quality. BOA Plumstead needs to get their Nail techs accredited to do ombre. It is very disappointing that this service is not offered.
