I had an appointment at Excellent Touch and Beauty Spa on May 2, 2026, where I enjoyed both a facial and a back massage. The entire experience was relaxing, and I especially loved the facial. Onassah was warm, hospitable, and very friendly, which made the visit even more pleasant. I enjoyed myself with her so much! She will tell you how to feel at the beginning and at the end. Waxing is a stressful affair, yet she maintains the fun and relaxed mood by chatting and even joking, such as inquiring about your dream vacation, just before she pulls a strip, which, as seriously as possible, is likely to distract you of all other things. She is warm, friendly and quite extroverted and you can see that she really loves the comfort of her clients. The fact that she was professional and respectful throughout was another aspect I enjoyed as I felt absolutely comfortable!
