Lady mel was absolutely amazing! She ripped off more than just hair, she ripped off my doubts about getting a Brazilian wax again! 😂 Seriously, she's a pro! So polite, informative, and professional. First time client here... Was nervous and scared because everyone said it hurts, it did, just that it wasn't so bad as everyone said lol. Mel walk me through the process step by step. It was a beautiful experience and she was professional. Highly recommend her especially if you're first time waxing. Her space was clean and warming to welcome me and I really appreciate that. Environment Hygiene 10/10. Aftercare advice was given as well.
