Chloe gives an exceptional, professional service with a smile too! Chloe has invested so much knowledge in each treatment she does and gives the best aftercare advice. Had a great experience today having my lashes and eyebrows done by Ciara. She is such a lovely friendly young lady who is very skilled in her work. She managed to fit me in for eyebrow wax and tint when the other beautician was off sick. I would highly recommend Ciara

All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Chloe is very professional and well knowledged about all her treatments which she offers. I had waxing and my first million dollar facial- I can’t get over how much better my skin feels already since having the million dollar facial. I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. The experience at Hellen Brandao Beauty was excellent as ever💕As a relative newbie to wax treatments. I had some apprehension about giving this another go after my first experience (years ago with someone else) did not go well. Hellen was kind and professional and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and the results were great! Highly recommend!
