⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience! She fitted me in at short notice, and the result is flawless. It honestly looks like a fairy painted my nails! Her Russian manicure is incredibly precise, clean, and beautifully done. It’s so hard to find this level of skill in London. Highly recommend!

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.

I had a waxing treatment with Joanna and was very pleased. She is very professional and performed the procedure with great care. She is also a cosmetologist and gave me a consultation regarding my acne, so I’ve booked a facial treatment. I’m really looking forward to it and highly recommend her.

Went here today for a full leg, bikini and underarm wax. Outstandingly clean. Very Professional and most of all Loukia is very welcoming. I did say I would return. My new therapist. We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.

I was incredibly reluctant to have waxing done, but Niamh has completely converted me! Not only is she a lovely person she is very professional and a perfectionist. Will never shave again. Would not go anywhere else.

Had a lovely waxing experience! The owner was so warm and welcoming, even offering me a drink before we started. She was patient and reassuring throughout the wax, making me feel really comfortable. She also took the time to explain the aftercare and gave me helpful maintenance tips. Fantastic service, local to me, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
