I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. The hair scalp experience was fantastic and so relaxing. My scalp and hair feel extremely clean and free of buildup. Great experience at Apple and Eve as always. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.

Her technique is always flawless,she listens carefully and delivers exactly what I want every time. On top of that, she has a lovely personality that makes every appointment enjoyable.
